L.A. native, Moniece Slaughter, grew up in a musical family. She went on to sing the theme song for the hit television show America’s Next Top Model. She's penned songs for the likes of Marques Houston and Akon. In addition to her work as a singer/songwriter, Moniece has appeared numerous times on stage as a host and performer in L.A. and Las Vegas. She shares custody of a son with castmate, and former sweetheart, Fizz.
