DML Real Estate Investors and H.O.B. Entertainment have teamed up to bring you the ONE NIGHT ONLY Benefit Concert Ft. multi-platinum recording stars Monica, Chris Brown, Bryson Tiller and more. The concert is Sunday November 21, 2021, at the illustrious Toyota Center in Houston Texas. Doors opening at 7:00pm and the concert is hosted by iHEART Radio and 93.7 The Beat media personality, Hard Body Kiotti and popular social media influencer Jillyanais. The concert’s mission is to give back to the victims of Hurricane Ida that were dreadfully impacted in August of 2021. Victims of this event lost their homes, jobs and family members and are still in dire state. Though months have passed since the hurricane, citizens are still living in tents, without water or heat and have not been able to rebuild their homes. Our goal is to raise enough money to rebuild and furnish 35 homes for various victims of Hurricane Ida. Our unique approach to doing so has included donation drives, fundraising events and now a multi-layered concert experience featuring some of the biggest stars in the world. The ONE NIGHT ONLY, Benefit Concert not only promises to be a unique and fun experience for concert goers but also an impactful resource to help our fellow man.

“With so many affected by the recent Hurricanes like Ida and Nicholas, we wanted to help give back to the communities directly. By using a portion of the proceeds raised from “ONE NIGHT ONLY” to purchase necessary materials for construction to help rebuild communities, food, clothing and more we hope to make a difference in each community and inspire others to do the same.” -LaJuan Bailey, Co-Owner of DML.

Recently added to the show is hip hop legend and community activist Trae Tha Truth as well as YEMG R&B star Tone Stith! Both are set to hit the stage in our pre-show along with R&B princess Niq and soulful crooner Roland Champain! As a special treat, the concert promoters and staff will be presented with a short video and certificate presentation by a few political representatives for their hurricane relief efforts as a thank you from the City of Houston! Before the start of the show, from 7:00pm to 9:00pm in the ultra-plush PNC Lounge, there will be a private celebrity VIP Experience that will house free flowing cocktails, Hors d'oeuvre, a 360 photobooth, live DJ and other fun surprises! ONE NIGHT ONLY is sponsored by Slapwoods, We Cater 4 U, and LEVEL Water. For more information on The ONE NIGHT ONLY Benefit Concert Ft. The Not Alone Foundation (NAF) is a nonprofit organization committed to providing financial and educational assistance, as well as medical resources, for chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease (the charity’s founder Mark Dodd receives dialysis for 10 hours a day and has done for over 14 years). The Diamond Awards is the foundation’s largest

fundraising event and is designed to honor excellence in the entertainment, corporate and creative fields, as well as in the local community. Each award salutes professional accomplishments and other contributions to society on a local, state, national and international level.

Now in her early 80s, Dionne Warwick’s outstanding career spans over half a century. This true icon of American music, a cousin of the late Whitney Houston, has sold over 25 million albums and is second only to Aretha Franklin when it comes to singles charted on the Billboard Hot 100 (Ms. Warwick has 69, achieved between 1955 and 1999).

Thirty-three of her hits were penned by Burt Bacharach and Hal David, though the resourceful star achieved her first number one without the pair’s help, duetting with The Spinners in 1974 on “Then Came You.” Her most recent albums are Only Trust Your Heart (2011), Now (2012) and Feels So Good (2014).

“I’m doing great,” replied the lady herself, who these days spends much of her time in Brazil, when quizzed about her current health and present activities. “There’s a documentary being done on me, and I will be going into the studio to record. I am also finishing my tour and will resume it in January, so I’m pretty busy.”

Commenting on Mark Dodd and his efforts, Ms. Warwick said: “I became involved with the young man who started a charity called the Not Alone Foundation dealing with kidney disease. He has kidney disease and became the voice for those who are suffering with this, especially those in underprivileged communities, urging all to get tested and learn more about this catastrophic disease.”

TWST4GIRLS 404.641.0613

Press@TWST4GIRLS.Org

HOUSTON, TX- TWST4GIRLS (Together We Stand Tall) is excited to announce their advancement in the State Farm Neighborhood Assist Grant program! The State Farm Neighborhood Assist Grant is a program that awards $25,000 grants to 40 dynamic organizations like ours across the United States. After a rigorous selection process TWST4GIRLS has been selected to advance to the voting round! The voting phase begins TODAY from 12:01 a.m. (EST) until October 2nd 11:59 p.m. (EST). Voters can vote up to 10 times per day every day for our cause and the winners will be announced November 4th. So why should you cast your vote for TWST4Girls? Well, that’s simple! TWST4GIRLS offers free mentorship and enrichment programs to at-risk youth and with your vote, we can continue to make this possible! Since the establishment of TWST4GIRLS in 2014, we have accumulated over 50,000 hours of service to the community and have served over 1.2 thousand children and families locally as well as internationally. With this grant TWST4GIRLS can support the various programs offered free of charge to underserved youth throughout Houston. Since 2018, the Houston Independent School District facilitates over 300,000 students each year, a majority of which come from low-income households. Students of this background are less likely to participate in extracurricular activities and are more likely to be in remedial classes or drop out of school. Sadly, low-income families are often not able to invest in educational and enrichment activities due to their resources being devoted to housing, food, and healthcare. Comparatively affluent families, on the other hand, can invest both time and money towards the development of their children by providing them with support services to achieve good grades, enrichment experiences and the resources to attend college. TWST4GIRLS mission is to offer free mentorship and enrichment activities for unrepresented youth in Houston with the goal of creating opportunities and experiences that will help them achieve their full potential. Our youth are falling through the education and wealth gaps in Houston every day so TWST4GIRLS designed programs to empower boys and girls to realize their potential and provide them with the resources required to be successful. With the State Farm Neighborhood Assist Grant, TWST4GIRLS will be able to support three programs offered for free to at-risk youth: (1) the Core Program, (2) the Enrichment Program; and (3) the Scholarship Program. The Core Program serves at-risk girls (ages 11-17) by providing 1:1 mentorship and tutoring; life skills development; as well as intellectual and cultural experiences. The Enrichment Program serves at-risk girls and boys (ages 8-17) by offering a 10-week series of life skills classes and community services led by a trained female facilitator at local schools. Lastly, the Scholarship Program offers girls who are nearing high school graduation a college visit; SAT/ACT test prep; resume and interview assistance; self-defense training; sex and healthy lifestyle education; service-learning opportunities; financial literacy workshops; and assistance with scholarship applications. Graduates of this program also receive a scholarship. In addition to our programs, The State Farm Neighborhood Assist Grant would be used to expand our reach to service a greater number of youths within the Houston community. Help us make a lasting impact on the leaders of tomorrow by casting your vote for TWST4GIRLS today! VOTE NOW!
